Kelmarsh Hall is a fabulous events, corporate and meeting space in Northamptonshire packed full with unique character to ensure your day is extra special.
As a beautiful historic house, Kelmarsh is the perfect backdrop to any event – from intimate meetings in the beautiful Orangery or Education Suite, to conferences, receptions or product launches in our stunning fine rooms, or a shoot day or team building activity in the gorgeous grounds or historic gardens.
Located on the Northamptonshire / Leicestershire border, Kelmarsh is a great midlands events venue with a central location and easy access routes.
Our events team is highly experienced at creating a bespoke event for any size of organisation, we have few restrictions so we can make it as creative as you like!
Event and Meeting Spaces
The Great Hall
As you enter Kelmarsh Hall, you are greeted with a charming country house entrance for you and your guests in our Great Hall. Painted in a mediteranian pink, with stunning wall decor and a roaring fire, the Great Hall is a fabulous space for your welcome reception. Enjoy tea and coffee on the comfy sofas, or something sparkling with canapes to kick off your event.

The Saloon
Leading off from the Great Hall, is the elegant Saloon. Painted in a ‘Soul of Blue’ the Saloon oozes luxury, with a grand chandelier, intricate wall decor and a view of the rolling Northamptonshire countryside. The Saloon is perfect for a meeting space, lecture, or even a meal. If you wanted to make your event really special, why not hire a pianist to play on the baby grand piano?
Kelmarsh can include a screen, projector, flip-chart and lecturn.

The Ballroom
The largest of the three rooms is the Ballroom – a gorgeous space sure to wow your guests! The Ballroom is a great space for presentations, lectures and meetings, with a screen, projector and lecturn. It can also host large gala dinners, with a wooden sprung dance floor perfect for dancing the night away afterwards!

The Orangery
The Orangery is a beautiful space for smaller meetings and intimate meals and receptions. The Orangery has glorious windows, letting in lots of natural sunlight, with stunning views of the Kelmarsh parkland and St Denys’ Church. With a private lawn area, guests can enjoy games, or a stroll through the historic gardens.

The Education Suite
The Education Suite is located in the old stable yard at Kelmarsh. With fantastic facilities for your private smaller meeting or lecture. The space offers a large screen, lectern and flip chart. The space is also located right next to the historic gardens, which act as a perfect break out space, or to take a nice stroll at lunchtime.

In the grounds
The surrounding woodland and countryside can be used for your outdoor pursuits and team building days, while our larger outdoor events site is
the perfect location for a company day.
The grounds of Kelmarsh Hall provide opportunity for multi-activity team building packages, from driver days, off-road driving, archery, clay pigeon shooting, fairgrounds, quad bike trails and much more.
We also have two marquee sites to host larger numbers of guests.
