The fine rooms at Kelmarsh Hall are the perfect backdrop to your luxury country house wedding. The venue boasts three grand rooms which can all be included in your day, incluing the Great Hall, the Saloon and the Ballroom. Each room is unique, painted in beautiful pastel colours with historical decor and features, and stunning chandeliers in each room.
The Saloon
Licensed for Civil Ceremonies
The Saloon, resplendent with chandeliers, polished oak floorboards and stunning views across the ornamental lake, can accommodate up to 100 guests for your wedding ceremony. It is home to a baby grand piano which can be played during your ceremony, and there is the option of having other live music such as a harp or string quartet. Decorated in the colour once described as the ‘Soul of Blue’, and detailed with fine 18th-century plasterwork makes for the perfect room for your ceremony or evening reception. With a beautiful mantlepiece and antique tables, there is the option to decorate with floral displays.
The saloon can cater for up to 100 people for a civil ceremony and up to 60 people for dinner.

The Ballroom
Licensed for Civil Ceremonies
The stylish setting of Kelmarsh hall lends itself perfectly to a wedding reception. Our Ballroom can host up to 100 for a wedding breakfast, and up to 150 guests can celebrate with you for an evening reception, dancing in the Ballroom to a band or DJ.
The Ballroom at Kelmarsh is a magnificent entertainment room, with a gorgeous chandelier, wonderful paintings and peer glass mirrors creating a warm, country house mood. The view of the Ballroom is of the beautiful Kelmarsh parkland, which adds to the special exclusive feel of the venue.
Couples can make full use of the romantic gardens for a drink reception and photography and there is also the opportunity to have live music outside, with vistas across the Northamptonshire countryside.

The Great Hall
The Great Hall is the centre-piece of the house with elegant 18th-century plasterwork and Italian-pink walls. The Great Hall gives a welcoming atmosphere for guests, as the perfect reception area for greeting your guests.
A champagne reception in the Great Hall is the epitome of sophisticated English country living and for the perfect winter wedding, the roaring fire in the Great Hall ensures a comfortable cocoon.
