Group Booking Conditions
We generally only accept one group booking per day so please contact us as soon as possible to secure your date. We request that a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is paid with your completed booking form to confirm your booking.
To book your visit, please complete the booking form and return to us as soon as possible.
The Kelmarsh Trust is a charitable trust, the main purpose of which is:
- To preserve for the benefit of the nation, building of national historic or architectural or artistic interest and importance and to protect and improve amenities of such building and their surroundings.
- To preserve for the benefit of the nation and as an adjunct to any such buildings as aforesaid furniture, pictures or chattels of national historic or artistic interest.
- To facilitate the access to and the study and appreciation of such buildings (and their surroundings, furniture, pictures and chattels as aforesaid) by the general public.
Admission
We offer a single admission rate for all group visit admissions, based on our standard adult admission prices for the year. Please not that we do not have a concessionary admission rate for group visits. This is to allow groups flexibility in changing attendee numbers up until the invoice is paid.
If you have extra people on the day, we will charge for them, but unfortunately, we are unable to refund any late cancellations.
We can provide the coach driver with complimentary admission.
Please also note, that RHS and Historic Houses memberships do not apply for members on any group visits.
Payments
The final booking arrangements, including final group numbers must be provided 28 days prior to your visit. At the time we will prepare and send the final invoice. This is due for payment 14 days before your visit.
Deposits and admission payments can be made by cheque payable to The Kelmarsh Trust or by bacs to sort code 40-32-04 account number 51166239, please add date/group name as a reference.
Catering is provided by an external company and must be organised with them and paid for on their terms
